What payment options are offered at Hampton Vet Clinic?
We accept cash payments, Visa, Mastercard, VetPay and GapOnly.
Is there a payment plan option?
Yes, we offer Vetpay as well as GapOnly for our clients who have pet
insurance with participating companies
You can apply online anytime.
Do I need to prebook an appointment?
Yes, we run by appointments only, contact us on (03) 9521 0211 and one of our friendly staff members can make you an appointment.
In the event of a pet emergency?
In the event of an emergency with your pet:
- During normal business hours we will accept walk in emergency cases. If you can call us to let us know you are on your way to the hospital that is preferable.

We do not offer boarding services at our clinic. We do however recommend KIP Happy Stays.
